Background

India lost the Mobile Cell Phone Technology opportunity. We just became consumers and could not even build our own technology in the mobile industry and we import everything. Recently, we started manufacturing but we do not own a single product. We lost the battle hete. Similarly, in the Information Technology Industry, we provide the best manpower but we do not own any of the products. We worked hard to make the multinational corporations richer. Thus, we lost the Information Technology Industry also to other countries. Why is this happening? We have become the largest consumer market in the world. Is it because of our Education System, in which we are trained to become just employees?
The next big thing is “ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE” for which the battle has already started. Are we preparing ourselves or will we let this opportunity also slip from our hands?
“Artificial Intelligence is the future, not only for Russia, but for all humankind. It comes with Colossal opportunities, but also threats that are difficult to Predict. Whoever becomes the leader in this sphere will become the ruler of the world.
– Russian President, Vladimir Putin
“Is the world headed toward digital colonization by USA and China? A wake-up call to Action. Overpopulation, unemployment and poor education make India especially vulnerable. Many of its industries are technologically obsolete and dependent on imported technologies. India presently has a disappointing level of AI development and it needs to embark on a rapid program to catch up”
– Rajiv Malhotra in his book “Artificial Intelligence and the Future of Power
“We need to make Artificial Intelligence in India and make Artificial Intelligence work for India”
– Shri. Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India
